It also provides an initial opportunity for us to share our detailed knowledge of the market to help inform your strategic roadmap.
Armed with the knowledge gleaned in the discovery phase, we work closely with you to shape a proposition that meets the needs of your customers and your business strategy.
Together we consider all aspects of the proposition, including product benefits, pricing strategy, customer support, functional requirements, technical integration, data capture and distribution strategy.
Once the overall proposition is defined, we turn our attention to the finer points of detail.
We customise the user journeys, functionality and interface of our Accelerate platform to enable your proposition. And we ensure all components needed for end-to-end fulfilment are put in place.
Our focus then turns to technical integration. We ensure the Accelerate platform dovetails perfectly into your back-end systems and works seamlessly with aggregator sites.
Once launched we start a process of test and learn, returning to the discovery phase to analyse data, enabling us to refine the proposition and design to maximise conversion.
